WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Thursday! Rain and flooding every where! DGD has a ball game at 6:00 and I doubt they are going to be able to play on the field so I wish they would hurry up and cancel it so I can plan on doing something else.Breakfast: Scrambled: 1 egg, 1/4 cup egg Whites, 1/4 cup diced ham
Lunch: 1 bunless hamburger
Snack: 1 Banana
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar (almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and Gluten Free)
Dinner:
Snack: 2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

Hi Roz,
I've been really really bad this week and have missed posting several days. It has been a very long week at work. I feel like I'm glued to my car seat...and we have a meeting tonight so probably won't get home until 9 or 9:30. Good thing is I'm off tomorrow. I have 3 cakes to do. DGS's birthday cake and his little smash cake and my Sister in law's 60th birthday cake. And my parents are coming tomorrow!!

I'm trying to be good! I need to get some groceries and that will help!! It's pouring here so we don't have any ballgames to go to and DD is taking her boys to the gym with her so DH and I are going to have a quiet evening at home.
I'm going to stop at the grocery store and see if I can find the low carb tacos you use but I wrote the stats down so hopefully I can find something similar. I volunteer to make cookies for my niece's wedding shower on Saturday. If I new someone who made really good ones I would just buy them. Baking is dangerous for me!!!!

Did the flash floods ever happen? Our city streets were flooded and a few had to be closed but all of our lakes etc. seem to be low.
