WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Sorry this is so late!! I am starving today!! I've had 4 cups of tea and trying not to over eat! Thank goodness I'm busy at work at not at home staring at the refrigerator!
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Scrambled: 1 egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites, skim milk, and 1/4 cup diced ham
Snack: 1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese, 2 TBS. NSA Cherry Jelly, and 1 TBS. SF Jello Cheesecake powder
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar (almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and Gluten Free)
Dinner: 2 Thin Pork chops and part of DH's Baked Potato skins
Snack: 2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

It is SOOOO NICE today! I am going to have to try the jello powder in cottage cheese (or maybe greek yogurt or LF ricotta)

S ricotta cheese, sugar free apricot jam, ww crackers
L ww tortilla, deli roast beef, orange, tzatziki sauce
S celery, tuna pouch
d out with church ladies group, I think pork chop and sides

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - cup of chili
S - 1/3 cup Cheetos
S - Greek yogurt
D - chef salad

Hi Roz! I worked at home today and tried to stay out of the fridge... which I did well but the can of nuts on the counter kept calling my name....
B - coffee w/creamer
L - 1 1/2 pieces of leftover quesadilla
D - pot roast casserole - this was to DIE for! So yummy! Called for broccoli and I subsituted fresh spinach and mushrooms - very flavorful. One of those dishes that I'm sure will be even better the next day.
