WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I'm so tired today from all of the Mother's Day/Anniversary festivities we had yesterday. The grandkids had so much fun playing together. My wedding dressed looked absolutely crazy and I could of killed my DD for posting it on FB!! I figured it would be loose but I was shocked at how big it was. I looked like I was an old lady playing dress up....lol.
I'm Having a carby day!

Snack: 1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese, 2 TBS. NSA Cherry Jelly, and 1 TBS. SF Jello Cheesecake powder
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar (almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and Gluten Free)
Dinner: DH has a ball game so I'm not sure
Snack: 2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

I liked the picture!! It was pretty big on you. It is going to be a very long week. I have to travel tomorrow so it will be a long day. Traveling home I have to stop by DS's house and talk about the birthday cake for DGS this weekend. I made two different turtles tonight and after they decide which one they like best, I have to make the ones to go on the cake. We have a board meeting Thursday night and Thursday morning I have to go to a different meeting.... Atleast I'm off Friday.

Does she like turtles. Since she is not a boy I'm assuming you don't mean Ninja Turtles. DGS birthday is Friday but we aren't celebrating until next weeked because DD has to work. He wants a planet birthday party. He is really into the solar system.

crazy day here. I remembered at 8, sitting here in my nightgown that I had an all day training at 9. I had to rush and feed the horses and get dressed and there. I did get to muscle pump this evening. I needed the stress relief. It's going to be a short week with lots to get done before I leave on thurs to go to another horse show.

Does DH ever go to the horse shows with you? My SIL never goes with my DD to her cheer comps. He does text me a lot to see how the teams are doing though.
