Less than a pound away from the 130's
After many weeks of staying around 142(give or take a pound)I weighed 140.6 this a.m.
Thanks to a visit to my oral surgeon, I have for three days been on protein shakes, yogurt, and pudding, but have been watching my nutrients intently. Two more days of this, but I will be adding some other soft foods today, like refried beans, oatmeal, etc.
Let's hear it for a return to the 130's next weekend!
