Menus and Miles Friday May 9th
I am amazed how easy it is to do everyday things now that I am thin. Such as tying my shoes, getting my socks on, picking up something I dropped.
Time passed since surgery: 20 months
6 am: 2 - 12 oz cups of coffee with sf creamer & Splenda/Equal
7 am Breakfast at work: L & F yogurt
8 am: 2 - 12 oz cups of half caffeine coffee with sf creamer & Splenda/Equal
With all the coffee I drink I dilute my sf creamer to be 1/2 sf creamer and 1/2 almond milk
1st Lunch 1030 am: 1/2 of my leftover veggies and sweet potato from dinner last night, slice of ham
Noon: Syntrax Nectar lemon protein tea
2nd Lunch 2 pm: other 1/2 of my leftover veggies and sweet potato from dinner last night, slice of ham
Dinner 7 pm: omelet with wild moral mushrooms, eggbeaters, leeks and small amt of cheese
Snacks: dill pickle, banana, deli roast beef
Exercise: Walk in the woods mushrooming (found 3 morals) , vitamins: 4 batches- all done
16 oz flavored & 32 oz plain water, 20 oz protein tea and 48 oz of coffee
