Menus and Miles Friday May 9th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!
Do you have any WOW's that keep repeating themselves and you wonder if you will ever get used to it? I love the Jones of NY shorts so I bought some new ones on sale at the end of last summer. I didn't try them on before buying them because I was determined that I wasn't going to change sizes. This morning I took a pair out of the closet and also a shirt that I had bought without trying on and they fit so good I wanted to cry. Before WLS I had to try everything on because I didn't like to wear things tight. If I found something that I thought fit good then I bought it in every color/print. It's so nice to have variety hanging in my closet.

Did you put pictures of her on facebook? When our Raegan danced she had the cutest outfits. She was the cutest little pink poodle ever!!!
I've probably asked you this numerous times....LOL What brand of low carb tortilla do you use? I'm getting tired of plain meat/cheese. I need to find some healthier carbs so I can have a "sandwich".
Sounds Good!

It is La Banderita Soft Taco Shells - Low Carb
I usually use 1/2 of it the wrap. 1/2 has 40 calories, 1 fat, 5.5 carbs, 3 fiber, 2.5 protein, 0 sugars
I love my sandwiches for lunch and also like to use it with hamburger patty to have a hamburger.
I have not posted pictures, I might do it today if I get around to it-LOL!!
Still wearing the same size for the past 6 years. Amazing! Clothes wear out instead of me out growing them.

That's an Awesome WOW!!!
Isn't it funny how losing control comes down to a slice of buttered toast and a few nachos instead of a package of cookies or for me a few banana flip cakes....LOL
Sounds yummy to me!!
