Hi Roz,

I'm trying to have a good Saturday with my eating.  Busy day today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 Low Carb Tortilla Wrap, 2 oz deli ham, 1/2 slide reduced fat pepperjack cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  1/2 Low Carb Tortilla Wrap, 4 slices bacon, tomato slices, 1 tbls lite mayo
S:  Protein Hot Chocolate

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  I'm counting cleaning the bathrooms at the library and sweeping & mopping the floors
