I'm back too! We had a blast. I loved flying and can't wait to do it again. Glad you had a great trip. I know what you mean about the grandkids. I wonder if it is with age that you just don't sweat the small things like we did when our kids were smaller.
My desk was pretty full today too. I brought a little bit of work home, not sure I'll get to it tonight.

Miles: None today - we walked over 8 miles every day while we were in Vegas so I'm taking today off!

I knew you would love flying! I'm glad you had a great time too!! Glad that you had good weather. We had a few really hot days before the rain started and then it really cool down and we weren't prepared for that.
Every year I say I'm going to take a pedometer with me to FL and every year I forget. Is there a pedometer app on an iPhone?

I don't have one, but it looks like there are lots of free ones for the iphone and they are rated pretty good. In the app store just type of pedometer and do a search. I bought a Fitbit Flex to use for my walking also. I love gadgets. If I'm walking for exercise I use MapMyRun iphone app and I use my Fitbit flex.
Hi Everyone! I exercised 2X today. First in the a.m. I did day 1/week 1 of Couch to 5K, and tonight I did my usual 60 minute walk. Never could have done this 65 pounds ago. Hope everyone is well.

S: Premier Choc. Protein with small frozen banana
D: same as lunch

Good for you! I enjoy walking and I've always thought about it doing a 5K but so far it hasn't happened.
What a great idea using a frozen banana. I'm going to have to try that.
