Happy Cinco De Mayo day!  Hope everyone is doing well.

Came back to VA yesterday and was so glad to see green trees!  There were buds when I left 2 weeks ago.  We are just getting buds on trees in MI, so this is nice...

Not sure what my menu is today.  Ate some bad chili yesterday and paid big time for it... a little afraid to get the plumbing moving again, if you know what I mean... felt like I was prepping for a colonoscopy... but on a good note I haven't weighed this little for about 1.5 years (haha - yea I know, I'm dehydrated and it's just a day!)

B - 1 1/2 cups of coffee w/creamer

L - nothing

D - not sure.. I took some pork chops out of the freezer.  If they're defrosted I may try one of them.

I just went for a really nice walk outside after work.  I am making tacos for supper in honor of cinco de mayo.  Wish I could have a margarita (sigh)

WE are just getting buds here in PA, but the grass is now nice and green and the tulips are blooming!

B eggs, mushrooms and a bit of brown rice scrambled together

S banana and greek yogurt

L left over pork roast, brown rice and veggies

S deli roast beef and cheese roll up, red pepper strips

D taco meat and veggies, in ww tortilla

S probably protein drink

miles 65 minute walk, fluids good, vites good.

Hope your system gets straight.  Spent the day in a meeting and trying to get set up to do billing.  Did get to muscle pump.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
