2nd B - eggs and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - Scoops and salsa
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
S - salad
D - leftover pot roast, mashed cauliflower and a hard cider

Aw Gina, no replies. I was out until late, home now from a long weekend at a horse show. We did great but boy was I pooped last night. Anyway, from what I can remember, this is what I ate.
decaf protein coffee 23g
eggbeaters, cheese, spinach
small muffin
lemon tea protein 13g
meatballs, salad
lemon tea protein 13g
protein bar
fish, salad
protein shake 33g
and lots of extra fluid to stay hydrated. It was hot out there.

Hi Gina! Late, I know. Was in travel mode yesterday and packed the computer up early and didn't unpack when I got back to VA.
I think I ate some bad chili yesterday (only 3 bites) but man, did I pay for it ALL NIGHT LONG... ended up blowing work off for a few hours this morning because I still wasn't totally good. Ugh!
B - coffee
L - grilled ham/cheese sandwich and 3 bites of (old) chili...
D - hot wings at the airport
S - popcorn when I got to VA

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
