WOW - its May Day already!  How time flies - seems like Christmas just happened.

Got my first bid back on my front porch project - not as bad as I thought.  Had some modifications for him to re-price out and he said he'd have that back to me by Saturday.  Looking forward to that - oh, and also the 2 others I'm supposed to be getting soon.  I'd like to have all the info before I leave back for VA so I can evaluate/process it. 

My girls came over to see me this morning - they're all so precious (including my daughter - lol).  Seems they associate coming to my house with eating... As soon as they're in the door it's "I'm hungry".  I think it's to see what kind of goodies Grandma has for them this time.

My eats today:

B - coffee w/creamer

L - leftover bacon/cheeseburger soup - that's the end of it!

D - probably pork chops

Spoiling their grandbabies is what God invented grandparents for!! 

Same ol' same ol' here foodwise.  I started feeling bloaty mid morning again and today I avoided the the fizzy calcium (just had regular tablets) and I'd been sensible with food!!  I'm going to try a round of flagyl as I was so crampy at one point I couldn't fully straighten up to walk!! :-S

Hope you're feeling better!  I also have been extremely gassy, mostly at night - not really sure why...

Menu looks good - especially the chocolate - yumm!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - GS cookies
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - meat loaf and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream

The rain finally broke here in NJ, but my little town of Lumberton is really flooded.
