L - leftover bacon cheeseburger soup

S - some edamane/garlic chips (yuk).  giving them to the kids

D - steak

water:  doing ok.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Yea - we had a reprieve today from the rain, supposed to start back up - not sure when.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - edamame
D - chicken salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: starting

Hi Jody,

This will probably be my last day posting until next Tuesday. We are leaving in the morning for Las Vegas!!  I doubt I will have internet because you have to pay for it at the hotel.
