I think today is the day Roz leaves for vacation.  Hope she has a blast in Disney for 10 days.  Makes me tired to think about it.

It started rainy here but is sunny and bright now.  I went to yoga this morning and plan on driving Teke once I finish payroll.

I am probably the only person I know who has never been to Disney.

miles walked an hour, fluids 6 1/2 cups so far aiming for 12

We went when the kids were little then again a few years ago to the Animal Kingdom.  It was hot, crowded with long lines.  I won't go back.  I don't know if the Magic Kingdom was just more fun or I was a lot younger.

Great menu.  Reminded me I have some oranges that need to be eaten!!

Hi Price

Been raining here all day - and in the mid 40's... the rain should stop soon and I hope the sun comes out but the rain has made the grass nice and green.  I also have some tulip bulbs ready to bloom - that's always good to see in Michigan! 

Grocery shopping after work today.  I've been so busy after work all week this past week I haven't had time and don't want to be tied up this weekend doing it.  I'm here only another week so I need to be sure I don't over-buy.  I hate it when I have to toss stuff I know won't last until the next time I come back.

Also need to go to the battery store as my motorcycle battery is dead and won't hold a charge.  I think I've got a bad cell.  Have a friend that will come over and install it for me sometime next week. 

B - corned beef hash and 2 eggs (home made too - yummy!)

L - the rest of the corned beef hash

S - cashews

D - I have some chicken ala king I need to either eat up or throw out - I brought it back from VA with me

did you make the hash?  What do you use?  I am always looking for something different to try.

I can't imagine going between 2 houses and trying to keep both stocked.  I don't do well buying only what I need!!

I hate to spend time grocery shopping but I hate to have DH do it too.  I like to look, just don't want to spend the time.

We're getting rain now and we just noticed the grass seed we put out 3 weeks ago is finally, finally coming up.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
