I had yesterday as a "clean eating" day to get the junk out of my system from my camping trip. I totally understand.

It was not as bad as I thought it might be.

DD#2 isn't going with us so I am going to talk to her and see if she could stop up a when she has some free time. The last time when I was away she was the one with my Mom when she fell at the grocery store so she is afraid to be alone with her now.

I hope all of the liquids works out for you!
