Long day today, had a meeting after work. They were having pizza (sigh). Waited and stop.ed for a salad at Panera Bread.

Hi Jody,
I did good yesterday. Did not get really hungry with just doing the protein drinks & yogurt. Still trying to stay away from the bad carbs and sweets today. I just need to get up and go on to bed-LOL!!
