Menus and Miles Wed. April 16th
You are going to have so much fun!!! I've never been there but our DD's say its an amazing place to see. I remember our first trip and I stressed too. I probably stressed the first 3,4, and 5 times but now it is a breeze. We've never had a problem taking my powder in my carry on. Who are you flying with? We usually try to use Southwest because they allow you to check 2 bags each for free.
I'm not taking any Protein with me this time. Everyone I've tried makes me cramp and since walking makes me cramp too the protein will just make things worse. Vanilla tea seems to be the only thing I can drink that calms them down so that's on my Walmart list when we get there.
DH and I are getting really tired of going to Disney. We go because our DD's need help with their kids. DH and I went to Yellowstone a while back and we absolutely loved it so when the boys and Raegan get a couple years older we might take them there. They are Pappys little spotting (for deer) buddies and we think they would really love seeing all of the wild animals.

I ate o****il evening... when my blood sugar decided to go funky on me. Then I overate and felt bad from that. You'd think I'd learn...

S - corn chips (this was probably the culprit since I didn't have any protein in me)
S - 2 low carb tortillas (small ones) with cheese

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

What brand of low carb tortillas do you use?
I don't allow myself any "bad" carbs until I have Protein in. It's a lot harder now since I can't have the Protein Drinks every day. BUT....I feel like I am making better choices since I have to eat most of my Protein.
