Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

1/2 way through the week!!!  Easter shopping is almost done and then I have to buy DH some clothes for vacation.  I don't think I need anything since I'm wearing the same size as the last couple of years....YEAH!!!  I bought a few new things at the end of summer last year so I should be set to go!  I might buy a new set of luggage instead of splurging on things I don't really need.


Breakfast: Scrambled egg, eggbeater whites, and diced ham     
Lunch:        Deli Ham and Swiss Cheese Roll-up
Snack:        Nature Valley Nut Bar
Snack:        laughing Cow Cheese Wedge with 6 Saltines
Dinner:       2 Chicken strips

Snack:        2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

When do you leave Roz?  You must be SO ready for the nicer weather!  Yay for staying the same size - who knew that was an option?  Very cool indeed!  Took my two little ones for a day at the outlet mall in Germany today which was really fun even if they are boys!

B:  Coffee then protein yogurt

S:  Lemon tea protein = 23g

L:  Sushi = 10g

S:  Lemon protein = 23g

D:  Chili = 15

S:  Hot choclate protein

All my vitamins and water is over 3 litters so good day.  Only miles were shopping and driving!

Next Friday the 25th for 10 days!!  I wore my"fat" clothes so loose before WLS they fit me even 25 pounds heavier....LOL.  My clothes now fit me perfect so a couple pounds either way makes a huge difference. I get everything dry cleaned so nothing shrinks and they stay nice.

What language do you speak where you live?  I had a client that speaks Chinese in today and she could read English but not speak it. 

Do you drink plain water?  I think I am going to have to force myself to start.  Every flavoring I try I get cramps.

Yay, we made it - happy hump day!! I'm declaring TGINF early as Friday is a holiday in the UK!!  I have sleep planned and going to a restaurant with some friends planned for the weekend. :D

Hi guys,
One more day up here in PA. Tired, but a good tired.  :)

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1 Babybel cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - going out, so not sure yet (2 pieces of fried chicken, a few little corn fritter bites, and about a 1/2 cup of coleslaw 
S -

evening batch: started

Only one more day of work this week, then a three day weekend.  Hubby and I usually take Good Friday off so we can go to church mid day. AND had an awesome day at work today.
