8 week stall???
Sorry my last post didn't make sense and I posted it too soon!! I always direct people to the lightweights forum if your starting weight is under 300...and then I realize...I am on the lightweights forum !
Don't worry about your stall! I am just coming out of mine - I have been on a stall for EVER!!!!!! I had my RNY on Feb 16. just keep drinking and following the meal plan of high protein - 60-100g and >30g carb! Add exercise if you can, but even if you don't it will come off. It is definitely a slow process for us lightweights, sometimes only 1-2 lbs a week, but I guess that is better in the long run - for controlling the Loose skin issue later!!
YOU WILL BE FINE - YOU WILL DO GREAT - IT WILL WORK - WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER - you and I are probably losing at the same rate!! need a buddy?? haha!
