It was a beautiful weekend here too. Busy weekend with granddaughters. I only worked 1/2 day today and then took off to take DGD#1 to the dentist and hang out with her until her mom got off work. I really enjoyed it. I don't get to spend as much time with just her so it was fun.

Miles: None except walking at the mall

I love one on one with the grandkids. They act so different when Pappy and their parents are around. the 6 yr. old DGD is completely different in the mornings before school when it's just us.

Better late than never! Crazy day for me as I needed to drop my oldest son (15 ½ yrs) off at his CYO away camp which was a lot further away than I'd originally planned! Trying to stay away from Nuts and overeating (calorie-wise) as I have been in a stall for over 5 weeks now and am ready to get things moving again. Mentally I needed the break to let my head catch up - but now I'm wanting to get there - to goal - so I am back to 900 calories and adding in an extra shake. Hope this gets things going again!

It was a beautiful weekend here, now rainy and is suppose to drop to the 20s tonight. I have a camping trip planned for a long weekend if my trailer is ready and thankfully, the weekend should be ok.
