Temps dropped all day here until it was in the 30s with a powerful wind.  My trailer is home but it was too cold and windy after work to get it packed.  I will pack in the morning and head out by noon.  Looking forward to getting away.  Should be decent weather.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - going out, so not sure yet  (chocolate martini, Caesar salad, part of an 8oz filet, and veggies)
