Hi Roz.  I'm on the FB LW page.  I don't go into it all that much.  I'm also a member of another Bariatric site and it seems when I comment on a post  (LOTS of members) my email fills up with all the notifications of others' responses/posts to the one I did.  I tend not to post on them because of that. 

It IS nice though to see some LW's that aren't on OH anymore on the LW page.

WOW - overnight the leaves popped out on the trees (here in VA) and the grass is GREEN.  Rained all night and the temps were moderate.  cold front moving through which will change that, but only for a few days.  Spring will be back (unfortunately NOT the summer temps we had last weekend and Monday tho).  Michigan had 3" of snow last night and their daytime high was 73...

B - coffee and a protein coffee

L - some leftover rotisserie chicken (not a lot)

S - another protein coffee

D - I have some ribeye steaks that need to be cooked

Vits:  yes

water:  need to get started!

I'm glad I don't have to do a tax return.  Many employees in the UK don't have to.

I'm Facebook, but I don't use it much as I just never really got into it.

I accidentally got the wrong flavor protein powder and got banana (I didn't find out until I was drinking it).  Banana protein coffee works surprisingly well and makes a nice change!!

I have a Banana Dessert protein - very good, but pretty high in carbs so I tend not to use it.  I also have a cinnamon one also.  I think I got those back in the days when i wasn't too concerned about carbs - yet....  I may start using it on occasion.  When i say pretty high in carbs, I really need to put that all in perspective with what else i eat....

Protein coffee (1 scp click espresso and 1 scp unjury) 27 Grams Protein

I ate too much for Lunch

4 oz grilled chicken  20 Protien

green beans

fried okra (oh it was so good :( )

Snack

Click expresso protien 15 Grams

BUT, I will burn 600 calories at crossfit!

Dinner will be grilled fish and veggie and maybe some 100 calorie popcorn!

Hi Roz,

I am on the FB page, but usually just read some.  I don't post much on it.  It got cold here this afternoon.  I wore sandals today and no jacket and about froze this afternoon!  I had to work all day today and I'm tired now...

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Crab Cake
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  3 oz hamburger patty, 1/2 low carb tortilla wrap, 1/2 slice pepperjack cheese, 4 pickles
S:  1/2 doughnut - DH has bought doughnuts & potato chips - not a good thing for someone with NO control to have in their house
S:  Protein Hot Chocolate

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Miles:  None

Calories: 1124  Fat: 48, Carbs 46, Protein 115 - even with the 1/2 doughnut I was within my range
