WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

Didn't get much Easter Shopping done since my Mom was with me so today is going to be busy.  It suppose to be a Beautiful day here in the 70's....YEAH!

Yes, it's been nice weather here too.  I dyed my hair and didn't freeze... I was long overdue for a dye job!! 

I'm so happy that this week is only a 4 day one in the UK (Friday is a public holiday).

Enjoy the gorgeous weather - with all my boys home it feels more like summer break than Easter!  We've got all kinds of house projects going - painting and stencilling the stairs, replacing some ancient tiles in our main entry, gardening etc.  Feels good to get things done!

B:  Coffee then protein yogurt = 38g

L:  More chill - 15g

S:  Cheese and deli chicken = 24g

S:  Ice tea protein = 23g

D:  Lentil curry w/ greek yogurt = 12g

S:  Hot chocolate protein = 23g

All my water and vitamins are great.  Miles = house projects and climbing stairs (we have 54!)

Beautiful day here!  bought DGS Easter present, a little red bike with training wheels  Fun, fun fun!

Hope your DH gets feeling better, those cardiac meds can make you feel really crappy. I know mine had to go off some of his bc they were making him exhausted.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh strawberries
S - garden salad
D - 1 bunless cheese burger
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none, unless you count going tanning   I also brought all my plants up from the basement and put them outside for the day. Gave them all haircuts and will bring them in tonight.

Hi Roz!  Beautiful day here again in VA.  Got a great 2 days of motorcycle riding in.  Eating has been so-so..

B - coffee and a piece of bacon and scrambled eggs

L - prime rib brunch buffet.  I splurged on biscuits and gravy... green beans

S - some black bean chips.. ugh

D - nothing yet.  I'm still stuffed from lunch

Vits:  yes

Water:  tried to do ok.. not great.
