sorry I've been MIA
I have been crazy busy with the wedding. It was beautiful. we got married on the 4th and it's been perfect every day since :D I just started going to the gym... my fears of the gym are slowly subsiding. I used to be afraid to go for fear of being laughed at. See, when I was heavier I had an incident at the gym where I was on a treadmill and fell off, got hurt pretty bad where this kid in his 20's built like a professional athlete laughed at the fat girl for trying to exercise. I left crying and haven't been on a treadmill since. Until two weeks ago. Not only have I been on the treadmill but I have run on it two seperate times. I'm so happy about that. My weight is still the same as it was since september but hoping that the exercise gets me moving. If nothing else it makes me feel better emotionally. I'm getting used to the size I am even though I'm not happy here I'm still getting used to it. I am weighing in between 172-175 I'm eating ok but having trouble getting my liquids in. I'm getting better since the weather is getting warmer. I'm drinking more water. I've had some personal issues going on but that is no excuse for the lack of commitment I've had with my sleeve. I"m trying to learn new copping skills. So far so good. I am still smoking which is terrible but I'm hopeful that I will quit that too, I can't exactly be a smoker and a runner at the same time. I want to do a 5k this fall. I have started doing the couch 25k on the treadmill. I'm starting at week three where I'm jogging for a minute and a half at a time. I wish I could figure out the calories burned but I'm kind of just guessing. I just wanted to give an update and say hey to everyone. Have a wonderful finish to your weekend hugs everyone
Congratulations and you look gorgeous - and so happy!
Sounds like you're in a better place emotionally with your exercising- I need to get off my behind and do it too!
