WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

A 10th Grader went on a stabbing spree in one of our local Pittsburgh High Schools this morning.  1 Teacher and 19 kids were injured.  4 of them were life flighted.  10 of our All-Star Cheerleaders and 1 teacher  attends there but they are all safe and are home now.  Thank Goodness for FB.  It was great being able to read that they were OK.

Our DGkids schools only have Easter Friday off because they had so many snow days they have to make up on the Thurs. and Monday. I've been getting candy lists from the grandkids and I've been trying to think of some things to put in the Egg Hunt eggs besides candy or money.

Sounds Good!

That just sends shivers down my spine.  Grateful no one in your circle was hurt and hoping those that were recover.  What in the world is happening?

We are on Easter holiday already until Easter Monday so i've got a houseful of hungry boys to keep entertained and fed!  It's so nice to have them all home and for us to be relatively quiet and not running in  a thousand directions to all the various events in their lives.  We have an amusement park (like a Six Flags) that is 15 minutes from our house and the boys got Passes for the season at Christmas - so they are thrilled to get to go during the vacation and I've already dropped them off twice! Yay for them and Yay for me!!!

I've been thinking about this Father who teaches at the school.  Knowing his DD was in the school somewhere but also knowing he has to protect the kids around him.

I think a season pass would be awesome idea especially 15 minutes away! I was considering getting our older DGD's one for Christmas next year but I think I better ask my DD first.

My rule is No Control...out the door they go!  Even though Almonds are good for you having control is very important.  I usually buy single serving packages of nuts.  I've been craving shelled walnuts but I haven't broke down and bought any yet.  I'm waiting to find some loose ones so I can buy just a few of them.

Sounds Good!

I'm for gun control but I am also for better mental health services.  Hope everyone heals and glad your girls were safe.

Well, I got my WOW tonight.  We had our body scans before muscle pump tonight.  I was again, drum roll please,   19% body fat   which is UNDER FAT.  That is the 3rd quarter I have maintained my UNDERFAT status.  Woo hoo. My instructor was thrilled with me.  About the only person in class who was lower than me in body fat was really too low and had been really working to gain.  He did manage to go from 4% to 11% this quarter.  Normal, desired range is 25-31%.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, kale, cheese
ww toast, tuna, mayo
lemon tea protein  13g
1tsp peanut butter
fish, salad, avocado
protein shake  33g

Thanks, Linda.  I actually just looked back at my other results and the first one was April 2013.  I forgot that I had missed one quarter.  So I have maintained it for a year.  Hurray.
