I've had some white chocolate, regular chocolate not hot chocolate and that bloated me a bit as it's made with milk powder.  I'm fine with milk chocolate though.  I managed to not have any hot chocolate today as I really didn't want to deal with the issues it causes even though it does taste yum!! ;-)

Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - stir fried chicken w/Chinese cabbage and zucchini
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon  
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none

Choc-coffee protein shake-breakfadt

1/2 apple-snack

3 Kirkland meatballs with small bit of zucchini- dinner

premier protein shake-snack

popcorn-snack

1 hour on the treadmill at 5:45 a.m.

I can't keep my mouth shut about the surgery. Oh I guess the more people who know, the more people watching and will keep me more accountable.

miles no, vites low on calcium, need to order some B12, fluids 10 cups so far.  I had a giant sugarfree lemonade from Subway--it was 50 ounces!

I really think it helps to keep me accountable when I share.  If my friends (cheer moms) hadn't have shared with me when I asked them how they lost there weight I probably wouldn't have went through with it.

I buy my B12 at GNC.  Cherry flavored you suck under your tongue....delish!

It was a beautiful day here but it started out really cold.  It was special olympics and I wore lots of layer but by noon was taking one after another off. 

It definately screwed up my meals.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, cheese, kale
popcorn
chicken wrap with only a tiny bit of the wrap
lemon tea protein  13g
pizza chips
lemon tea protein  13g
dinner out, fish, chicken, salad, bread
protein shake but I am still stuffed so maybe not
