Food was the same today, and yes I do struggle and gave in to a couple of hot chocolates... first time in 10 years and I went for 2!! I suspected it'd give me gas, but no, it cleared me out!! I had them about an hour before finishing work and boy did I drive home fast, so I now know about an excellent constipation cure... shame I wasn't constipated, he he!!

A WOW is something like being able to tie your laces on top of your shoes, bending over without getting winded, being suddenly able to reach the gas peddle easily because now you have room to pull the seat forward, wearing a belt or your shirt tucked in.

I'm sure you have a few WOW's by now!!
My plan are usually pretty similar on work day and varies on the weekend because I have others to consider and not just myself. It's easy to plan if you are a routine eater.
Posting keeps me accountable and if my scales move up I can usually figure out why.

Yes!! Thanks for the explanation! I've seen them otherwise referred to as NSVs, I believe =)
My newest is how much I am really enjoying swimming again! Although it seems to be highlighting for me that, although I have pushed myself to do it to train for a mini triathlon, I do NOT enjoy running! My most remembered WOW is that I can cross my legs, not that my hips are happy about that sometimes!
Great WOW's!!!!
I can remember the first time I sat Indian style on the floor. I was at my DD's gym and I started to cry and the cheerleaders were all worried about me until I told them why I was crying.

Aww!! I had a funny one last night that I just thought of .. I was leaning against the locker room wall getting dressed and I thought I leaned on something ... I moved away from the wall, and didn't feel anything ... I leaned back and then put my hand behind me ... yeah, um, I felt like a grinning doofus ..... it was my tail bone! *doh!* =)
