Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

TGIF and my Manager will be back on Monday....YEAH!!!!!!

I have just spent a lot of time trying to find my list of previous weights.  I was super shocked when I got on the scale this morning because it dropped to 117  and I was curious as to when I was at that weight last.  I was at 120 in 2010 so I'm guessing it's been at least 3+ years since I've seen 117 on the scales. When I change my weight on my  Signature it changes it clear back to the beginning and it won't let me sign into my ticker page that had all my weight loss listed.  I'll have to check this evening to see if I might have a list at home in my Weight Loss folder. The number on the scale is exciting but if I get anymore wrinkles on my face I'm going to be scaring young children away....lol!

Although your menu may not be typical, you have been staying pretty darn low carb lately.  I guess that is why you are losing again.

It is suppose to rain and I have already loaded my carriage for a drive tomorrow so no playing with the ponies.  I did go to Yoga class this morning.  Now I need to get some work done I have been avoiding.

You are right about the low carbs.  Since I can't drink my 100+ Protein Drinks I feel like I have to stay low carb to balance out.

I'm tired of the snow and I'm tired of the rain!  I want sunshine and flowers!!

Have fun on your drive tomorrow!!

Sounds Good (especially the ham and beans....yum)!

Boy I wish I could have a big glass of Lemonade and a hot summer day to go with it!!!!

It is strange how sometimes I dump on something and the next time I don't.  I guess it depends how much sugar or fat I am eating at one time. I've also found that if I eat it slow I don't dump as badly.

Sounds Good!
