Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

My Menu is not MY typical WLS Menu: I am a strict believer in Protein drinks but at the present time I have to limit them to 1 every other day because I have been diagnosed with IC (Painful Bladder Syndrome).  Success means:  Protein first then add other foods!!!!

Protein:         Shake made with:  1 Scoop Jay Robb Vanilla and 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
Lunch:           1 Salmon Cake
Snack:           1
Slices Deli Ham and  1 slices Baby Swiss Cheese rolled up
Snack:          
1 Egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites Scrambled (1/2)
Snack:           1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines

Dinner:          Steak with steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Good morning, hope everyone has a great day :)

I got busy yesterday and I didn't get my workout in, so I'll be making it up today....we have a little bit of sun today but the rain comes back tomorrow :( I wi**** would just be done already!

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-1 cup Greek yogurt w/ 1 scoop Protein powder

L: 1 cup Chicken chili

S: Cheese stick

D: 4 oz Grilled Mahi, 1/2 cup coleslaw (homemade/light dressing)

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax, 1 oz cinnamon almonds

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 25 mins treadmill & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

Good luck with the billing Roz!  Boy, your dinner dounds good.  How are those veggies sitting in your pouch? 

B:  Coffee then protein yogurt = 38g

L:  Chicken and cheddar + 1/4 pear = 24g

S:  Cottage cheese = 15g

S:  Lemon ice tea protein shake = 23g

Beautiful spring day here.  I drove Teke and have been getting some work done.  Headed to muscle pump later.  Finally over my cold enough my nose won't drip while working out.

I understand the billing, mine had to be in by 5pm yesterday.  Done!!!

Our billing is about a week process.  All of our counties Day Cares and in home day cares have to submit their attendance sheets. I have to keep track of how many days each child attends/misses so I can make payment.  What kills me is that I have to beg some of these day cares to submit for payment and it surprises me how many come and they aren't signed, dated, or even filled out.

Roz, good luck getting the billing done.

Going back to the gym this evening with my son to take a core class.  Should be interesting as I know my abs are still very weak.

 

MENU:

B – Click! Protein w/ cup of coffee (15 g protein)

       Scrambled egg w/ 1 tbsp shredded cheese and 1 tbsp salsa (13 g protein)

L – Shrimp Hibachi w/ stir-fry veggies (14 g protein)

     Syntrax protein shake (23 g protein)

S – Syntrax protein shake (23 g protein)

D – 4 oz Fried Basa fillet and steamed broccoli (29 g protein)

VITES: done

WATER: 64 oz and working on more

MILES: Elliptical, 4.14 miles, 65 mins; Strength training, legs, 30 mins; Core class this evening, 30 mins.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
