My Menu is not MY typical WLS Menu: I am a strict believer in Protein drinks but at the present time I have to limit them to 1 every other day because I have been diagnosed with IC (Painful Bladder Syndrome). Success means: Protein first then add other foods!!!!
Protein: Shake made with: 1 Scoop Jay Robb Vanilla and 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
Lunch: 1 Salmon Cake
Snack: 1 Slices Deli Ham and 1 slices Baby Swiss Cheese rolled up
Snack: 1 Egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites Scrambled (1/2)
Snack: 1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines
Dinner: Steak with steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Our billing is about a week process. All of our counties Day Cares and in home day cares have to submit their attendance sheets. I have to keep track of how many days each child attends/misses so I can make payment. What kills me is that I have to beg some of these day cares to submit for payment and it surprises me how many come and they aren't signed, dated, or even filled out.
