WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

April Fools Day! I forgot to remind DH so I hope he remembered to get someone before they got him. They are a group of pranksters at his work and it sounds like he is the ring leader which doesn't surprise me at all.
My Menu is not MY typical WLS Menu: I am a strict believer in Protein drinks but at the present time I have to limit them to 1 every other day because I have been diagnosed with IC (Painful Bladder Syndrome). Success means: Protein first then add other foods!!!!
Protein: Shake made with: 1 Scoop Jay Robb Vanilla and 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
Lunch: 1 Egg and 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites Scrambled
Snack: 2 Slices Deli Ham and 2 slices Baby Swiss Cheese rolled up

Snack: 1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines
Dinner: Either Beef Tips or Steak with steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Still enjoying the super sunny, warm weather. It reminds me of my home State of California - which is something I never ever thought I'd say about living here. Really. Belgium is awesome in lots of ways, but the weather is famously crappy 11 months out of the year.

Beautiful and warm here. I am still getting over my cold but better. the vet came to see the ponies and they had chriopratic/acupunture and so get the rest of the day off. Still have lots of work to keep me busy. I really pay for my time off.
