MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - Italian capicola 2 oz maybe
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz og water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - stir fried pork w/ green onions and zucchini
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
