Mother Nature has lost her freakin mind. Jody and I met for brunch and some shopping she snowed on us!
MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g)
L - a small Mimosa and 1/2 of a lobster and cheese omelet
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chili and beef hot dogs
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

YIKES! What in the world is going on? Normally we'd be having cold and rainy and snow flurries and today my boys were in shorts and I had all the windows open and the heater off. Crazy! Hope the shopping was fun at least
B: Coffee then protein yogurt = 38g
L: Turkey w/ cauliflower = 24g
S: Greek yogurt w/ protein =30g
S: Nuts - I know, I promised I wouldn't but man, they were good....=5g
D: Too much chinese food - chicken and mushroom stirfry, shrimp and green beans = 20g
All my vits and still pushing fluids to flush out my dinner... Housework and laundry for miles
Very nice menu! I hear you about the nuts. I'm addicted.
Jody found shoes in the very first store and then we walked up and back on both floors. We did pretty good. :)

L half ww pita, salmon salad, part of an apple, carrots
S matrix mint cookie

Woke up to late for breakfast, so I'm adding an extra protein drink later in the day. Hope the snow is done for this year as I'm flying to Indianapolis next Monday, and I really don't wont to be stuck in the airports :/
B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer
L: 3 oz Tuna, 1 boiled Egg & 1 tbsp Miracle Whip
S: Cheese stick, 1 pack cinnamon almonds
D: 4 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli
S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax & 1 Syntrax nectar mixed with water at some point during the day.
X: Off day, unless you count grocery shopping and a trip to Costco, which was packed !
W: Working on it
V: Done
Cal: 837 Carb: 22 Protein: 105 Fat: 37
I would definitely count retail battles as exercise. Pushing those mega baskets around full of stuff counts too.

Hi Gina -thanks for starting this. I thought about it this morning, then totally spaced. it.
I ended up pulling my hair back in a pony tail as the rain/snow was doing a number on it and it became total frizz - I also looked like a drowned rat... I did end up finding another pair of sandals at DSW - pretty much what I was looking for. They're fabric too.. think I'm going to have to learn how to wash shoes... It was warmer in Michigan today than VA... this weather is crazy - I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope we have a summer..
B - just coffee
Brunch - split a lobster/spinach/tomato/cheese omelet - that was really yummy! Oh and a Mimosa... can't forget that!
D - sushi and a beer

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
