Anyone else wanna list their Top 10 Reasons You Hate (or hated) Being Fat?
Ugh! Let's see...top 10.
Pain from my back, feet and knees.
Buying bigger and bigger, uglier and uglier clothes that would fit.
Self-seclusion and depression.
Not being able to walk up a hill or up the stairs without getting totally winded.
Hopelessness.
Frustration.
Medications to address the symptoms not to help with a solution.
Sleep apnea.
Lack of respect from my peers at work.
The bathroom scales.
