Hi everyone! Roz is as competition this weekend and I'll get these started.
Raining here in VA... all weekend. Have a few things to do but I see a lazy day ahead of me. Getting the new roof on my house in Michigan and the roofer texted me about 10 pics yesterday. It looks like it will be nice. It was kinda hard to see it - today it will be finished.
Brunch - 2 egg omelet with cheese/mushrooms/ham and coffee
D - ended up eating nachos with corn tortilla chips. My blood sugar wasn't doing too well after and I'm trying to figure out why. So, I had to drink some juice to bring it up, and Triscuits also were in the mix.

It's raining here today also...I've got laundry and cleaning to do today, my least favorite things :(

S: Cheese stick, 1 pack cinnamon almonds
D: 4 oz Sirloin steak, 1 cup grilled veggies
S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

It rained here all day. I looked like a drowned rat when I got home! Laundry and cleaning and tomorrow, as more rain is in the forecast. Oh, and Momma needs new shoes ;) I may venture out to the mall to see what I can find.

Glorious day here in surprisingly sunny and warm (70's) Saturday. We are taking advantage of the uusaly weather and have spent the day outside during yeard work, cheering our DS#3 at his soccer match and sharing drinks on the terrace with friends! Spring is in the air!
B: Coffee the protein coffee = 23g
S: Protein greek yogurt = 33g
L: Chili with sliced avocados = 15g
S: Protein shake = 23g
D: Chicken breast and lite swiss cheese = 24g
S: Hot chocolate protein = 23g
Water and vitamins on track and yard work and 90 minutes at the gym so not too bad!
Menu looks good! I'm SO ready for spring. Actually saw some daffodils up today - which surprised me. It was nice to see.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]

D - 1/4 of a bunless McDonald's 1/4 Pounder with Cheese and a few fries...sitting like a brick

I did get out today but it was 'necessary' shopping. Did break down and buy a new iPhone. Trying to figure it out. I have an iPad, so I've got a head start on it - but the typing on a soft keyboard is killing me!
