Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - a tiny thin slice of capocola (homemade Italian cured meat)
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - 3-4 oz of beef chuck roast and 1/2 cup green beans
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon   
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none, stuck in the conference room the next 2 days

Hi Roz,

We got another taste of spring today.  It got up to 70.  It is suppose to rain and storm the next two days.  I only have to work about an hour tomorrow.  It is Grandparents day at DGD#2's school, so we are going to that and then they send them home with the grandparents.

S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs.
Miles:  Walked 3 miles
