I was thinking about you this morning when I opened the package.  It has an 80CC long handled scoop. You are welcome to it if you want it.  I think the one I sent you before is a 70CC but I might be wrong.

I swear the sample tasted better than this but it could have just seemed like that because I hadn't had a protein drink in so long.  I will figure out what I can blend with it. So far so good with the cramping though.

OK...lol.  But if you want it you can have it.  I was a little disappointed the scoop was so big.  That means I have to use more to get the 25 grams of protein.  I miss my Syntrax and Matrix.....

Some people swear by those big exercise balls that you sit on at your desk..  they are supposed to be really great for your back.

Do you put any liquid in with your shake?  Do you pu****er and the cottage cheese and the shake powder?

B half avocado, egg, half pita, kale

S cheese stick rolled in ham, apple

D half pita, ham spinach, radishe]s

S greek yogurt, frozen fruit

D veggie salad with steak

S syntrax fuzzy navel shake with frozen fruit.

Hi Roz.  You might try to put a cushion behind your back to sit more forward in our chair.  I have to do that in Mi as I'll slouch and my back will kill me.

Back in VA.  And, got SNOW  I'm so sick of this stuff.

L - leftover hamburger casserole (pulled out of the freezer, was pretty darn good!)

I think I am going to look for a cushion over the weekend.  We are suppose to get a dusting of snow tonight but then start climbing to the 50's.

If you are home do you think you could start M&M on Sat. and Sun.?  We have a competition in Columbus this weekend.
