LoL I thought that's what you meant but I wasn't sure.  I wear one every day but it still hangs when I lean on to my desk to work.  I can't even wear my jeans right now because I can't stand anything tight pushing on my lower belly.

Well if you can't change your chair maybe try scooting closer to the edge of it?  This makes you sit up straighter.  Or you could go way out on a limb and bring one of those Swiss Balls to sit on.  I use mine at home more for an office chair than an exercise ball!  It really helps your back and it is a conversation piece.  

 

Same old menu - but it is working and my pouch seems happier these days thanks to the PPI so I am sticking with it for now!

B:  Coffee then protein yogurt = 38g

L:  Sushi ( tuna and shrimp) w/ sahsimi salmon pieces = 20g

S:  Nuts = 6g

D:  Ricotta and tomato sauce w/ ground veal and porc = 20g

S:  Hot chocolate protein = 23g

Vits all good and water at 2.5 litres.  DS#2 home sick from school so minimal miles :(

LOL...I think I'm a little old for sitting on a ball.  What in the world would my clients think when they come in for their face to face and seen an old lady sitting on a ball?  I can see their faces........hahaha

I think the clients would assume you are a hip with it kind if gal! I've got a friend here from Sweden and she has those balls at her dining room table. They make stands for them so they don't roll all over. Hilarious but actually comfy all joking aside. And yes my DS is worn out and caught a sinus infection. No biggie but a bit disruptive to the regular routine :)

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - 3/4 cup chili
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 2 slices sourdough buttered toast
D - large salad [2 cups]
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting   
heme iron: pending

MILES:
on my feet all day...does that count?

oh man, you are killing me.  First white russians, now buttered sourdough toast.  Oh well, I'm eating cornbread tonight.
