I just wish everything would hurry up and come! I've been tired and my hair is thinning. I have really slacked with my supplements. Even my B12 was low and I have a whole box of them.

Off work today as worked yesterday. Spent time running errands and listening to an audiobook. Got a new exercise DVD (Bob harper from the Greatest Loser) I am afraid it will be way too hard!
LOL I told my 28 year old I would give it to her if I don't like it.
B eggs, refried beans, salsa
S orange, chicken
L chicken salad made with olive oil mayo and avocado, crackers
S cottage cheese with raisins, cinnamon and walnuts mixed in
D Italian sausage, brown rice, peppers and onions
S either popcorn or protein shake depending on where my protein numbers end up
miles hour long walk (it was 10 degrees out), fluids good, vites good

I'm eating right but I haven't been taking my supplements or my B12. I've been very tired and my hair seems to be thinning. It could be because I'm low in "Good" Protein too.
You walked in 10 degree weather..... Where's the hot chocolate Protein drink???

If I was getting my 100+ in Protein drinks and taking my B-12 and other supplements I would worry it's my Thyroid but I really thinking it's just me slacking and not being able to drink my Drinks.
My lab totals really dropped this time.
