Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

Sunday Happy Dance!!  My scales are still at 118 so I changed my Signature!!  I hope it decides to stick around awhile. Do you seem to have a 3 point range?  I would much rather have 118-120 as my range than 119-121!!

The teams did Awesome yesterday!  7 firsts and 1 third!  I felt bad for our team that took 3rd. A girl got hurt and things had to be switched around.  It was their first loss of the season.

Off to church soon...have an Awesome Sunday!!!!

My Menu is not MY typical WLS Menu: I am a strict believer in Protein drinks but at the present time I have to limit them to 1 every other day because I have been diagnosed with IC (Painful Bladder Syndrome).  Success means:  Protein first then add other foods!!!!

Breakfast:     1 egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites
Lunch:           1 Slice of Deli Ham and 2 Slices of Swiss Cheese - made two wraps

Snack:           3 Fig Newtons
Snack:
Popcorn
Snack:           4 Strawberries....cramping!

Dinner:          2 Bunless Hot Dogs
Snack:           Popcorn

Calories     Protein      Net Carbs      Fat    Sugar

Congrats on getting back down to 151!!!!  I don't always think about it but I'm glad my tool is still working too!!! I used to hate getting the hiccups early out when I ate to fast or ate enough but this past week I actually got BLESSED with the hiccups!!

Hoping the rest of your menu was as good as the beginning!

I wouldn't think cheese would do to much damage.  Is French cheese different that our cheese?  It can't possibly be as bad as if you said cookie tray....LOL.

Sounds Good to me....lets see how the scales like it!

Congrats again on the loss, Roz.  Sorry to hear about one of the girls getting injured.
