Sunday is almost always a high of the week for me.  I cook more when my son is home or go out on Sat night, plus the weekends I am gone.  Maybe I will try that.

Last week 132

this week 132

STABLE :)

I had a physical for renewal of life insurance yesterday.  The scale they used was good to me and I got to use 130 on my application.  Imagine the rate difference if I was still at 250#s!

Last week 111.6

This week 110.2

Total change -1.4

I have been 110.2 for the last three days.  Still surprised that my clothes all fit the same, in fact some of them are loose.  That shows me that not weighing and just going by  how my clothes fit may not be a good idea for me to gauge maintenance. I'm not exercising at all but I am looking forward to consistently warmer weather so I can get my bike out of storage at my son's house and start riding again.

I just realized yesterday that not one person has mentioned my weight or me made a comment about me looking too thin or anything like that in a long, long time.  The only times I get comments is when I tell someone I had WLS, usually medical people, and they say something like "Well, it looks like it worked".  So I guess I must be at a happy weight for myself but I still wouldn't mind a few more pounds but I'm not out there looking for them.  So far, the way I am eating, along with regular weigh ins and continued support with other WLS people is working to keep me on track so I plan on staying the course.
