Welcome to our LW Board!!! We have had a lot of newbies this past week so someone is really taking the time to share our board....YEAH!!!

If your stall sticks around a while then increase your Protein with GOOD Protein for 3 days and then drop your Protein back down and it should help move the stall along.
Check out Menus and Miles (M&M)! It really helps to see what other successful LW's are eating/drinking and it's good to be accountable!
