Hi All,

A friend recommended I coome to this board, which I didn't even know existed, so here I am!  I'm just a little over three weeks out from my RNY which was a reviision from my Lapband surgery in 2004.  I'm currently experiencig my 3 week stall and in fact went up a pount today.  Doesnt make me happy!  Even if I was told to expect it... anyway, I'm glad to know this board is here.  I've been reading about how nice everyone is and that is a big relief because I haven't found that to be the case much on OH.

welcome!! I was told to come here too - and thank goodness!!  I am on week 5- just about to start week 6 - and I have been in a stall for 2 weeks!!  I didn't know what was going on - and still am kind of concerned - even if everyone says to relax - and stay away from the scale!!

Hello! I'm kind of new too but I'm always around.  The "veterans" here are super nice, but I think it's nice to see new faces, too! When they redesigned the website, I think they made it pretty difficult to find this forum, so I'm glad I found it before.

Welcome to the board!

I had my RNY 2 years ago and I couldn't be more happy with the results.  I think you'll be very happy with everyone here.  There's a lot of support from both newbies and vets.

Yay!  Glad you found us and hope we can share in the journey together. Try not to get discouraged over the classic 3 week stall. It is temporary. Your body has been through a lot in the past month. Give it a chance to catch up with the rest your plans!  I had to repeat to myself over and over, It's a process, not a race...

Welcome to the Light Weights board
