B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 3/4 cup peanuts
D - 1 slice of meat loaf and 1/2 cup of green beans w/corn
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

A non stop day for me. I did get to yoga class this morning then took a client to the dr and met with staff, grocery, horses, whew. It was 7:30 before I started on supper.

hard to remember but I know I couldn't work 2 horses before and I can now. I still die early and get up early and spend way too much time on facebook or here, LOL.

Way to go Roz. Sometimes I think shaking up what you eat a bit can get the losses rolling again.
I have been walking outside before work the last week. Still cold but makes me feel like maybe it is spring! I was getting sick of going to the gym. Walking will be a nice break.
B oatmeal, applesauce, egg, walnuts
S hardboiled egg, orange
L half whole wheat pita, tuna pouch, cucumbers
S cottage cheese, walnuts, fruit spread
D garden fish, brown rice, cabbage and carrots
S popcorn
miles walked 45 minute, vites yes, fluids 10 cups

I told DH as soon as the weather warms up some we need to start walking. He went back to work after his Heart Attack but he is exhausted and I think walking might doing him some good.
