73...WOW!!! That would be so wonderful!!
It was awful when the state decided to merge CCIS offices. Every office had to submit a bid that meant cutting our budgets. Our director cut everything he could before employees but the bid was still to high so he had to start looking at how to make the office run efficiently with less staff. Our front desk lady was in her 80's and had just passed away and as sad as it is to say her salary helped us out a lot. One more person needed to be cut but we voted to all take a pay cut so she wouldn't lose her job. She is the best friend of the most opinionated girl in our office and I'm 100% positive if it would have been someone else in the office this "leader" would have never brought it up. We all dropped to 35 hours but fortunately I was only at 37 so I only got a 2 hour a day cut but some of the others (including the "leader") was at 40 so some had to take a bigger cut (after the first paycheck the "leader" was the biggest complainer). We also gave up our water cooler, cleaning people, some of our supplies and since they didn't replace Dolly we have to cover the front door. We all have scheduled weeks for cleaning and we all chip in for the water cooler.
I was an emotional basket case the first few times at my Drs. office. I had been cramping for 4 months by then and didn't know why so it had me worn down. I was eating a lot of carbs for comfort and I had gained 5 lbs. So when she took my Protein Drinks away she had me totally freaked out. I thought for sure I would gain weight on her program but fortunately it was just the reverse of that. Since I had to up my menus with Protein food there was little room for carbs so I lost the 5 lbs that I had put on and I am holding steady now at a low 119.
Last night I did a stupid thing. I am never cramp free but most days I have to really think about whether I am cramping or not because it is so mild and better than it was before. I was so thirsty that I decided to have Lemon Tea in the evening....what a mistake (I already had 1 during the day and that was my limit)!!! I had a really bad night and I'm sore this morning.
I've never been to Las Vegas but I guess it is a site to see. We love flying though. I used to put my Protein powder in my checked bags but I stopped because every single time they searched my bags and made a mess of my clothes. They just throw everything back in and I hate someone going through my private things without my permission. You will know because they put a note in them saying they were searched. I figured the search dogs probably smelled something and they had to check them out. Now I put them in my carry on. I put them in Ziploc's and mark them clearly that it is Chocolate Protein etc. My bag does get searched but the inspectors are always curious about what brand they are and where do I buy them. It's not a big of deal and I don't feel as violated. I don't take a lot of food with me though. I did at the beginning but realized I didn't really eat much of it. Now I take some protein bars, popcorn, jerky and my protein. You are allowed 1 carry on each and the bag is a decent size. I suppose if I checked one with food and one with clothes it wouldn't be as bad. They are really good on the plane giving me extra water for my Protein cup (which sadly isn't getting used much these days). Let me know how it goes for you.
Sorry so windy...I feel like we haven't talked for a long time!

Thanks for the baggage information. I don't have a clue!!
I used the regular pork rinds and a package of the dry ranch dressing mix. Jody posted the instructions. You use milk & an egg also.
Hope you are feeling better today.
Our cleaning guy was one of the ones we had to let go so we will be cleaning beginning April 1st...
Our office doesn't get very dirty except for the floors needing swept every other day but we all agree it looks better now than when the cleaning people did it.
