I'm glad you are feeling a little better. Your corn beef and cabbage makes me sooooo hungry! I have to look on my list and see if I'm allowed it. If it's not on there I will have to ask my Dr. tonight whether I can or not.

Still have some cabbage and carrots left from St Patricks day, corned beef is all gone :(
Had a major attack of reflux during the night last night. Ate some almond butter and walnuts right before bed. and yuck yuck. Got out of bed and brushed my teeth and ate some tums. Luckily that doesn't happen too often. I don't take anything routinely for reflux.
B hot cereal, half banana, egg
S cottage cheese, raisins, walnuts
L hamburg patty, cabbage and carrots
S beef jerky
D pork chop, brown rice
S popcorn

Love me some corned beef.. but can't stand cabbage.. I end up making corned beef hash... I know.. potatoes.. but..

I'm glad you don't suffer with heartburn very often. Drinking Milk and eating bread always helped mine and those are 2 things I don't have very often now.

Long day at work today. TV crew came today to talk with the Director at the library about the cuts to our hours and having to let staff go due to the budgets cuts from the City here. People are so upset. Not sure what the results will be.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - a protein shake (30g) [6-8 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 4 oz water, heaping scoop of chocolate protein powder]
