Ashley - I LOVE my coffee too.. and I was talking today with a friend and said how the first one, with protein was ok as I felt it "coated" my pouch, whereas the 2nd one (without protein) was the irritant...

Have you tried mixing protein in your coffee?  There's an art to it to make it work well, but it may be what works for you.

Thanks Jody - I have tried it a few times but I am a purest.  I just love my coffee with a dash of milk.  I've never been into fancy vanilla/mocha coffees.  Sigh.  Kinda wish I was though.  I will give it another go as better that then tea!  Which Brand and flavour do you like best?

I'm feeling much better and even the cramps I do get aren't very bad...thanks for asking!  I'm really glad I am a creature of habit because once I found things on my "I can eat" list life got so much simpler.

I love that your Menus have so much Protein in them!

I have come to LOVE my unsweetened almond milk.  I know others have posted about it and I was like "ugh" - I tried it and love it.  It now is my "go to" milk - I mixed it in my soup for dinner last night, mix my chocolate protein in it and use it in my coffee.

I wish I'd found it earlier!

I really like it, I've never been a milk drinker so it was easy to convert to the almond milk...less calories, carbs, ect. :)

The rain has finally stopped here. Now it would be even nicer if the clouds would clear and the sun could come out.  It makes me feel just blah.

I’m feeling better today and able to actually not feeling nauseous at all. A little bloating but not painful. But it took a little of this morning to start feeling better.

I had made corned beef and cabbage yesterday thinking that I’d be able to eat it but it wasn’t meant to be. I had some for lunch today thinking that hubby wouldn't mind something else for dinner… nope! He wants the corned beef and cabbage. I may have a second helping of it or I may opt for a chef salad instead (salad sounds a bit better right now).
