132 last week

133 today

+1 pound

Exercised every day watched what I ate.  I did have more carbs yesterday for the 5K last night, but I've been at 133 since Wednesday.  MyFitnessPal says I need to eat more with the exercise so I might try that this week.

I hope you enjoyed the 5K....

It's possible that while your weight is up, your body fat may be down.

I think that is very possible because I can tell a big difference in my mid section since I have cut the carbs way down.

Yeap, which is why the scale doesn't tell the whole story.

I was 128 most of the week but with my eating out Friday night and Sat, I understand.  At least it is still under 130.

Last week 112.2

This week 111.6

Total change - 0.6

I have been fighting a cold all week and in spite of that I managed to thoroughly clean my house.  I got the Spring cleaning bug.  I started Wednesday and I've cleaned out the shed, the kitchen, the dining room, both bathrooms, the stairs, the hall and my bedroom  And I hate to clean.  Now I just have to manage to keep it clean.  I don't know how it gets so dirty.  My daughter stays in her room, which should be condemned and I'm the only one in the kitchen and living room.  Well, me and the dogs and cat.  I swear they are responsible for most of the mess because I know I didn't do it.

Last year, around October I lost my employee badge and I was real upset because it had my annual bus pass on it.  That is a benefit from my work and it's worth about $1,000.00 and I was told they wouldn't replace it.  I turned the house upside down, called every place I was at that day and could not find it.  I just figured I lost it in a parking lot.  It would be easy to forge, just put someone else's picture and laminate it.  Well, I got lucky and they did replace the pass so I was happy and relieved.  So Friday I am cleaning under the kitchen sink for the first time in the 5 years I've lived here and guess what I found, all the way at the back of the cabinet?  Yup, my employee badge.  I have no idea how it got there but I have a sneaky suspicion that Larry is behind it.

Anyway, the exercise must have done me good.  By the time I finished the bathroom upstairs I was dripping sweat like I have never sweated before.
