B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - 1 egg and 3 oz of country ham
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 3/4 cup peanuts
L - 2 cups chef salad
D - 2oz chicken tenders/3 pieces
S - 3/4 cup CarbSmart ice cream
