Hi Roz - I hear ya on the carbs.  I really try to stay away but... they seem to find their way onto my plate, and today probably won't be much better.

I did have a protein coffee yesterday so that was good. 

I don't want to get on the scale today for the Sunday Weigh in.... I've already had 2 cups of coffee and breakfast, so it's too late.  I've been "bound up", which my protein drinks do to me.  I need to figure out a way to get myself regular again KEEPING the protein drinks.  I've tried different things but I'm not good about maintaining that...

Brunch - 2 cups of coffee, 2 slices of bacon and scrambled eggs/ham

Dinner - going out again... and I know there won't be much in the way of good choices to eat.  I'll probably have to order a sandwich and eat the innards.

Vits:  I have been slacking - time to get back on board with them

water:

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Hi Jody,  I have the same problem with the protein drinks so I add a scoop of Miralax to mine, it has no taste and doesn't change the constancy...it works for me, might be worth a try.

The only good thing about having to cut back on my Protein drinks is being able to go to the bathroom without struggling.

Had a great time last night.  A little sore today, but not too bad.  It is in the 50's today but raining and storming.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  3 oz cube steak, 1/4 cup of turnip greens, 1/2 serving butternut squash casserole
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Popcorn
D:  3 oz Pork Tenderloin, 1/2 serving butternut squash casserole
S:  Protein Drink of some kind

Vitamins:  Morning & Afternoon Done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  None today -off

It's probably a good sore though.  I'm sore from sitting around to much this past weekend...LOL.  We are in the 30's today (Mond.) but we are suppose to see the 50's tomorrow and the next day before it drops back down again.

reduced fat peanut butter on a spoon
grilled chicken 4 oz, 1/2 avacado, 1/4c field peas on salad greens
protein shake  33g

You eat like a sparrow - I wish I ate less!   And why do carbs taste so darn good!!  The cookie got me again!!  I then went for it with pistachios as I they're a lot better than the alternative!!  They're regular pistachios not the crazy chili ones thankfully.

My day wasn't planned when I posted but I didn't eat much yesterday and then woke up hungry during the night.  Fortunately I was too tired to get up.  The scales don't like it when I don't eat much.  I'm was up about 1/2 pound this morning.

Happy Sunday,

Stayed up way too late last night, so slept late, now everything just feels like I'm running behind :/ Stayed on plan and avoided the food and drinks last night...just sipped on my flavored water. Not much planned for today, maybe a walk with the dogs if the rain stays away.

 

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....

L: Protein smoothie-4 oz Greek yogurt w/1 scoop protein powder & 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

D: 4-5 oz Roasted chicken breast & 1/2 cup baked broccoli

S: Protein smoothie-3 oz Greek yogurt w/1 scoop protein powder & 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

S: Cheese stick

 

X: off day, but maybe a walk later

W: Working on it

V: Done
