Spent the morning going to pick up the pig my brother in law raised for us that just got butchered (BACON!)

Tonight going to a hockey game.

B banana protein pancakes

S apple and cheese stick

L wendys chili and a ceasar side salad

S  either greek yogurt or cottage cheese with some sugarfree fruit spread

D I think Chinese buffet ---either sushi or a stir fry

S maybe some popcorn at the game

miles no, vites good, fluids 7 cups so far

Poor piggy......   I bet he tastes good though!   I really miss my Wendy's Chili.  I had a half one recently and it didn't bother me at first but later in the day I started cramping.  It's so hard trying to figure out what it is causing it sometimes.

I hope it doesn't cause your IC to flare, that's probably a higher priority for you these days.  I hope you can cut yourself some slack.

I probably cut myself a little too much slack on the other hand, but the bloatiness I get when I eat junk does steer me away from the bad stuff a little at least.

Hi Roz!  Hope your day ended well. I went to my daughters' and helped her with cleaning out her basement more.  I think we have it mostly done.  She has a HUGE pile of stuff to get rid of... once that's gone (garage sale in May) then it will look like we've done something...

Today has been a good day.  I managed to get to the gym first thing this morning and then went grocery shopping on my way home.  Today's just been a laundry day and taking time to enjoy the warm sun outside.

 

MENU:

B – Click! Coffee Protein (15 g protein)

     Stonyfield Greek yogurt, pineapple (13 g protein)

B – New England clam chowder (5 g protein, 22 g carbs)

S – Syntrax Iced Tea protein (23 g protein)

     Sushi, 3 pieces (2.8 g protein, 11.5 g carbs)    

L – 1/2-cup tuna fish salad and 2 Wheat Thins Flatbread crackers (13 g protein, 12 g carbs)

S – Syntrax Iced Tea protein (23 g protein)

     1 cup popcorn      

D – 2 oz. Country-style pork ribs and mixed veggies (13.3 g protein)

VITES: done

WATER: 76 oz.

MILES: 3.84 miles total and counting (using Fitbit One)
