I'm glad you're finally getting some better weather. I missed any fog today and we're due be OK for the next few days (plus I'm not up early enough on the weekend to see it).
Anyways, I thought I was doing well with my food today, but then I gave in to chocolate. I don't even like protein bars any more, but I was hungry this morning and determined to make good choices, so had that. I paid for my chocolate indiscretion by having a bloaty afternoon!! That's the trouble with all day meetings... I just don't do well with the temptation of the nice stuff they put out.

I my DS
Protein bars and I don't get along. They make me crave sweets. My Dr. suggested the Nature Valley Almond Crunch I've been using. They are almonds, peanuts, and sunflower seeds with a sweet glaze on them. I don't get the same cravings as I do with other bars and they feel me up.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Splenda packets] and another protein coffee
S - and another protein coffee
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
S - got into the Lifesaver peppermints today {sigh}
L - protein shake (30g) [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]

S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]

Hello Roz! My temperature regulation seems to have improved over the last few months, I haven't been nearly as frozen as I was at first. Tried some mint cookie protein yesterday. Very yummy. I mixed it with water not milk as I didn't have enough calories, and I put one scoop in 2 cups of water. but it was still tasty. My nut is fine with the protein shakes, which surprises me.
B eggs, white beans, spinach
S hard boiled egg, radishes
L sweet and spicy tuna pouch mixed with white beans (yummy) and an orange
S cottage cheese, applesauce
D I think tuna salad, maybe in a ww tortilla
S probably a protein shake
miles no(butt still sore), vites yes, fluids 7 so far, aiming for 13

I'm glad your NUT isn't discouraging the Protein Shakes. My NUT always encouraged them and I couldn't find one I liked early out. I mix my Mint Cookie: 1.2 scoops in 8 oz. of water...it's so yummy! I had one yesterday morning and I really cramped bad.

It was so pretty here today. I still had to wear long pants and a jacket when I walked this afternoon, it was really windy.

I have a 5K tomorrow night. This is the one we do every year. It is for a cancer fund in memory of one of the firemen that passed away from cancer when he was only around 36 years old.

Hi Roz. We r still loving our sunny, warmish weather! Been super crazy getting DS2 packed for his 10 day school trip in Switzerland. So glad I am not in charge of 100 6 th graders frolicking in the snow for 10 days! God bless his teachers!

Long day - started at 5am and stopped at midnight hence all the protein! All my vits and water good. 90 min at gym doing weight training and cardio.
